Didn't like anything, except dirty hallways

Free Wi-Fi worked well, but the refrigerator was broken upon arrival.

My stay was way better than my previous visit in mecca. The shuttle service was super reliable The staff were friendly and the room was generally clean and comfortable, exceeding my expectations during this group visit.

The room could use a serious facelift, with unstable beds and a lack of basic amenities like a kettle or sufficient cupboard space. I noticed dirty spots in the bathroom that didn't seem to be addressed before check-in, along with a refrigerator that struggled to keep things cool. The lifts feel cramped during peak times, and the dining hall setup leaves much to be desired, reminding me of cafeteria food rather than hotel service.

I stayed here for three nights to perform Umrah, and overall, it was a decent experience. The shuttle service to the Grand Mosque was efficient and made getting there easy. The room was clean and tidy, although some areas could use more attention, especially in the shower. The staff were polite and responsive when called for assistance. Just be prepared for some noise from the corridors and outside, especially in the morning.

It was just a good match for a temporary stay in Mecca with good value considering the price charged. The breakfast offered was excellent, really a highlight of my stay. If you're not picky, it's a decent choice for a short visit.

Decent stay for Umrah

Spent 3 nights here for Umrah and it was alright. The shuttle to Haram was super quick, which was a huge plus. Staff were nice and got us sorted when we needed help. Room was clean enough, though the shower could use more cleaning. Just a bummer that the receptionist wasn’t always around.
